ROLE

Project Lead. Envisioned project concept; entitled project through the City, Landmarks Commission and Coastal Commission; managed project team and all consultants. Involved in all aspects of the project, concept, entitlement, budget and pro forma analysis, development, construction, capital raise and lease up. Project on behalf of Seritage Growth Properties.
