Praxis developed and executed a real estate strategy for the church, and led the negotiation of sales transaction to allow West Angeles COGIC to realize significant value on long-term real estate holdings. The yield from the transaction has allowed the church to develop its Family Life Center. Praxis Development Group, acting as fee developer, has entitled, designed and permitted the Family Life Center, and will oversee its construction. An approximately 50,000 sq.ft. mixed use project consisting of office, chapel, banquet hall, classroom and community space and a 400-car parking garage. The project is expected to break ground in Q3 2021.
