ROLE

Project Lead. Oversaw concept development, processing and entitlement of master plan, engagement with and negotiation of joint venture partnerships for development of each phase, budget and pro forma forecasting. Involved in all aspects of the project. Project on behalf of Seritage Growth Properties.
