Praxis Development Group, acting as development manager, negotiated the purchase transaction; oversaw due diligence; entitlement strategy and initial design; and acted as project executive, setting up the team, engaging and managing consultants, and overseeing priorities to launch the project.   The project is an approximately 195-units of multi-family, with ground floor live/work.  Eleven percent of the units within the project will be available to extremely low-income tenants.
