ROLE

Project lead on all aspects of the project: entitlement, negotiations with the former Community Redevelopment Agency for DDA and tax increment financing, involved soup-to-nuts in all aspects of the project. 

In addition to office build out, also led development of a Laemmle Theater and historic renovation of Phil’s Diner.  Project on behalf of JH Snyder.
